These buildings were taken in Nauvoo. Old buildings with a new twist. The Nauvoo temple is the exact replica of the one built in the 1800's. I love old architecture. There are some old buildings around our town that I would love take pictures of.
We visited the Bombing Memorial and I was able to get this night shot. Very solemn place to be. Esp. at night. This is on the OSU campus. I love the shading the sun made on the columns. This one is called Down the Road. You never know where a road is going to take you until you start heading down it.
I'm not sure if I like these. The top picture was taken out of the screen window, so the appearance isn't what I was going for. I do like the bottom one though. One day I will have a good enough camera to capture the essence of a beautiful sunset.
Heavenly shades of night are falling It's twilight time Out of the mist your voice is calling It's twilight time When purple colored curtains Mark the end of the day I hear you my dear at twilight time The Platters
Fog intrigues me. It is so mysterious and spooky and other times it dances playfully along. This picture was taken across the fence of my parents home.
I love seeing a flag waving in the wind. It reminds me of the freedoms that my relatives have fought for. It saddens me when people disrespect the flag. If they only understood what others have gone to so that we may fly it openly.
Cows are peculiar creatures. I really wish I knew what they were thinking sometimes when they stare back at me. This was taken in East Texas across the street from my parents home.
